Long hard week. Did really good on the road. Walked sun-wed. Couldn’t walk once I drove to the next warehouse. Too much to do. Really bad on food. Average of 744 calories/day. I’m not hungry but I can tell the tank is empty. Going to be a weekend of getting some calories in me even if I’m not hungry. Anxious about weighing in tomorrow. I hate that damn scale

Couldn’t consider this week anything other than a fail. Calories too low. Protein too low. Sodium too high. Exercise non existent. Got to come up with a better plan get back on the plane Monday morning

Brutal week. No walking. Not enough food. Work is a disaster. Fly home today and back here Monday.

First I would like to thank everyone for comments and support. It’s great for all of us to not be doing this completely alone.
With that said I would like to discuss IF. It seems to be widely used and discussed. I see the benefit. Have done some myself. But. Fasting? Almost sounds pleasant.
No IF for me, IS is more appropriate.
Intermittent STARVATION :-)
